Shipping & Delivery

We ship throughout New Zealand, including rural addresses, with Castle Parcels and Poste Haste non-signature delivery through GoSweetSpot.

We charge a flat shipping rate of $6 per order for orders under $100. Orders over $100 receive free delivery.

We endeavour to have all orders processed and packed within one working day of receipt of payment in full. Once dispatched, your order will be assigned a courier ticket number with a tracking link.

Expected delivery times following pick-up by courier

  • North Island - One working day
  • South Island - Two working days
  • Rural - Additional two working days.

All goods are carefully packaged and, while we are not responsible for transit damage, we are happy to assist with claims to the courier company where we can. Should your goods arrive damaged or fail to arrive within expected time frames, please contact us here or call us on 0800 766 733 within seven days.

Please note that, during Christmas and New Year, it may take up to two weeks to receive your order due to statutory holidays and courier pickup and delivery operational days.

Privacy & Security

We recognise the importance of protecting the privacy of information collected about visitors to our web site, in particular, information that is capable of identifying an individual ("personal information"). Our Privacy Policy governs the manner in which your personal information, obtained through the web site, will be dealt with. It should be reviewed periodically so that you are updated on any changes.

All our online transactions are processed in New Zealand Dollars with PxPay by Direct Payment Solutions, providing our customers with the very best in online security. Credit card details are not collected or stored by us. For more information see the DPS Security Policy.

Returns & Replacements

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any product you have purchased from Bath & Potty Time, please return it to us in its original, unused, and unopened condition with the original packaging and your receipt within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund the purchase price using the method you used for the initial purchase. Return to 22 Tanners Road, Mangere Bridge, Auckland 2022.

Freight charges are not refundable unless the goods are faulty.

Before returning the product you must contact us detailing the reason you are returning the product so we can action your replacement or refund as soon as we receive it.


Consumers may have other rights under manufacturer warranties and/or the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

We warrant everything we sell for 12 months against faulty workmanship and materials (excludes normal wear and tear and misuse).

In the instance where you believe your product meets the criteria for a warranty claim you must contact us within 14 days of the fault first becoming apparent, detailing the reason for your claim. Once your claim is provisionally accepted via reply email the item must be returned to us within a further 7 days.

If your claim is accepted we will replace the product or refund you in full.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We are an Auckland, New Zealand based company. Our prices are all listed in NZD and include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax. Prices do not include freight costs. Free shipping applies to all orders of $100 or more in total.

Viewing Orders

If you register with our site, you can log in and view all past orders made using that registration. You can view the status of each order and easily reorder the same items.

Site registration is not compulsory and orders placed as a guest cannot be viewed online. If you wish to be sent details of your guest order please contact us with your order number, name and billing address used for the order.

Updating Account Information

You are responsible for keeping your account information up-to-date. You can do this by logging into your account and making any changes under My Account.
